About the Medical Center

Abu Ali Sina Hospital has a special ward and also a ward for receiving foreign patients, which are at a very high level in terms of facilities. This hospital aims to ensure that its esteemed clients, in addition to being satisfied, receive their medical services in an environment different from the hospital atmosphere and with a beautiful view. This hospital, with its most equipped paraclinical departments, eliminates the need for patients to visit other centers for any medical services.Statistical data showing the high number of successful transplants in this center has made it known as the most active liver transplant center in the world. So far, more than eleven thousand organ transplant surgeries have been performed in this center. These achievements are the result of teamwork of the most prominent surgeons, anesthesiologists, transplant experts and coordinators, and nurses working in this hospital.More than 100 surgical and anesthesia fellowships, nursing teams, ICU men, and organ transplant and procurement coordination teams from within Iran and foreign countries such as Sudan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Lebanon, Syria, etc. have been accepted and trained in these centers.By educating and training organ transplant fellowships from different cities in Iran and also from foreign countries, this center has been able to launch active organ transplant centers in Taleghani Hospital in Tehran, Montasserie Hospital in Mashhad, Golestan Hospital in Ahvaz, Imam Reza Hospital in Tabriz, Al-Zahra Hospital in Isfahan, Shahid Afzalipour Hospital in Kerman, Rasht Transplant Center, and the expansion of the Imam Khomeini Hospital Transplant Center in Tehran.Cooperation in setting up liver transplant areas in Pakistan, Tajikistan, Lebanon and Sudan, as well as training surgeons and medical staff in these centers, whose achievements so far have been successful transplant operations. All this has been done with the supervision and cooperation of the Shiraz Transplant Center team.In addition to these important and extraordinary achievements, the country's first international university of medical sciences is being built and launched in this center, in cooperation with donors and prominent professors of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences.
