With the aim of playing an effective role in developing economic relations and facilitating the networks between stakeholders in the health industry through Islamic countries, the event started its official operation in 2015. Seniors and experts from the governmental and private sectors in Islamic countries are invited to share their latest achievements and products as well as discuss on their issues, needs and ideas related to potentials of improving economic and technological cooperation. This event is not only for the players in Islamic countries, but it is also for all companies and organizations attempting to work in this huge market.

Hospitals, clinics and medical centers are key players in the health industry. Health Tourism Development Center of Islamic Countries (HTDC) in cooperation with international hospital associations is going to hold an event with the title of “International Congress and Exhibition Private hospitals (IPH 2022)” from 26 to 28 July 2022 in Tehran, Iran, to introduce capacities and create international synergy and with the aim of sharing experiences and familiarity with the latest solutions and technologies, as well as developing international cooperation. This event provides the opportunity for introducing, branding and sharing the capabilities of key players in the health and health tourism industry, and also service providers and manufacturers related to the industry, including manufacturers of medical and hospital products, laboratory equipment, pharmaceuticals, and also health tourism facilitators.
