ABOUT CAMPAIGN

Alongside economic activities in the field of health tourism, commitment to social responsibility and humanitarian values is not only an ethical necessity but also a strategic foundation for building international trust and sustainable global partnerships.

The Nasim Alrahma (Breeze of Mercy) International Campaign is intentionally launched during the blessed month of Rabi Al-Awwal 1448 Hijri, the birth month of the beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)—a time deeply associated in Muslim cultures with mercy, compassion, unity, and service to humanity.

Inspired by these timeless values, the campaign offers a global platform for healthcare providers, governments, and medical tourism stakeholders to collaborate in delivering equitable, dignity-centered healthcare beyond borders.

Nasim Alrahma is an international humanitarian initiative implemented under HTDC’s social responsibility framework, inviting medical centers and medical tourism companies to dedicate part of their service capacity during the campaign period under special humanitarian conditions.

Throughout the one-month campaign, participating organizations provide healthcare services to international patients with preferential terms and special discounts, while also having the opportunity to extend support to patients in need.

Participants will:

  • Receive program package detailing the program scope and conditions.
  • Undergo an evaluation process to ensure quality and eligibility.
  • Select from available participation packages, customized by specialty, service category, and promotional coverage.

Each package includes defined benefits, visibility levels, and marketing features. Once approved and registered, medical centers are officially listed as Mega Medical Camp Partners.

Marketing & Promotion

During this phase, the organizer conducts targeted marketing campaigns across Bangladesh to raise public awareness about the participating medical centers.

Key activities include:

  • Digital and media promotion of each approved center and its specialties.
  • Public awareness campaigns on available medical services providing by engaged and participant medical centers and companies.
  • Setting up an automated appointment management system for in-person consultations with doctors and specialists representing the participating medical centers.

This phase builds visibility, credibility, and patient interest leading up to the main in-person event

The Mega Medical Camp in-person Event

The highlight of the program — a 2 day international healthcare consultation event hosted in Dhaka.

Event Highlights:

  • Face-to-face Free consultations between local patients and international specialists as representatives of the engaged medical centers.
  • On-site promotional stands for hospitals and clinics to introduce their services.
  • Screening, evaluation, and offering medical packages for patients.
  • Referral facilitation for patients who require treatment abroad at the participating centers’ home countries.

This phase combines humanitarian impact with business opportunity — where healthcare providers can build trust, serve patients, and expand cross-border collaborations.

Post-Event Support & Referrals

Following the in-person event, the Mega Medical Camp continues to deliver value through a structured post-event support and referral system managed by TebMed Tourism Co. under the supervision of HTDC. This final phase ensures that both participating medical centers and patients experience a seamless transition from consultation to treatment and long-term care.

Key Activities:

  • Patient Referrals & Coordination: Managing the referral of patients who require further treatment or procedures abroad, ensuring a professional and transparent process.
  • Agreement & Pre-Payment Management: TebMed Tourism’s Bangladesh office assists in formalizing treatment agreements with local patients and coordinating pre-payments, securing payments efficiently and ensuring commitment from both sides.
